Once authorized, individuals download the Overture mobile App which then becomes the source of truth for all scheduling-related activities for all appropriate workers. Here the individuals will have their work schedule, pay rates, payment status, and location authorization status, as well as an array of communication tools to ensure that work-related activities and clear and understood. Individuals, check in, take breaks and check out through the App. The App provides GPS directions to locations where shifts are scheduled as well as the ability for the individual to instantly report emergencies through our voice-to-text GPS coordinate incident reporting function. Individuals will receive push notifications, shift reminders, and the ability to communicate by in-system SMS, email, and VOIP phone calls to assigned employer contacts.
